I can't say enough good things about working with Alex.

As a first-time and single homebuyer, I was nearly clueless to the process—a new question or concern every five minutes it felt. Alex was wonderful in making me feel informed, and knowledgeably guided me every step of the way.

I was searching in an INCREDIBLY competitive price point, which became discouraging many times over, as some houses would often go pending within hours of posting before I could even tour them. During moments where I had conceded to settling for something that didn't quite hit the mark, Alex remained optimistic and reminded me that what I was looking for wasn't unrealistic. She was always on top of the market, and highly responsive and available despite juggling the needs of other clients. She would even go preview houses for me while I was at work, sending full video tours of the homes and giving me honest opinions and reviews when one wasn't worth visiting myself.

After touring very literally dozens upon dozens of homes, I ended up buying in the neighborhood I wanted with ALL of my boxes checked. But the perfect home didn't come easy; there were eleven (!) offers on the house and Alex worked tirelessly to make sure I was represented as the most attractive buyer, even though my best offer wasn't the highest.

Buying a home is quite the emotional rollercoaster, but I always felt I had an ally in Alex. She graciously accepted me as her shadow through a seemingly never-ending search, and approached every step with professionalism, tact, and a proven infinite amount of patience.

I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a solid, knowledgeable realtor!

If you want to sell your house during the first week of listing, receive multiple offers and accept an offer over the asking price, then choose Alex! She guided us every step of the way as we prepared for our house to hit the market by suggesting minor improvements that really paid off in the end. Buying and selling homes is emotional for me, but Alex always remained level headed and listened to my concerns. I always felt comfortable and never like I was under pressure. I trust Alex and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I recently sold my house in NE Portland and I couldn't be happier with the service Alex provided as my agent. With it being my first time selling a house, as well as the house being older and having some issues, there was a lot I needed help with. Throughout the entire process, Alex was super responsive, always answering my endless stream of questions. She was quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails, and went out of her way to stop by in person numerous times. Alex also helped me find a contractor to replace an outside door at the last minute, when all the local door/window companies were booked out weeks in advance. Without this particular bit of help, I would have been left in a pretty undesirable situation for showing my house. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a more professional and capable realtor.

My husband and I began our search for our first house together several months ago with the help of an excellent agent. We had a very open-ended home search and a very flexible mindset towards what we were looking for--as a result, there were a LOT of properties we wanted to see. Alex was an expert at culling through listings, and going through each prospect with us to create perfectly tailored home tours. She was available to us in the evenings and on weekends which was so helpful with our hectic schedules. When we found "the one", Alex was able to negotiate with the seller and we bought the home under asking price! In addition, she got the full amount of the repairs we requested covered for us by the seller. Buying a home is a huge experience but we felt informed, and advocated for every step of the way. She really went to bat for us and made the whole endeavor feel so much less stressful. Easy to work with, reliable, prompt, knowledgable--I'll recommend her 10 times out of 10.

I have disliked every real estate agent I have worked with...except Alex. She was helpful throughout the entire process. I didn't feel "sold" to, and she went above and beyond to get information and push things through. She was also very knowledgeable of the market, and excellent at her job. There are too few people who are good at their jobs these days.

This is the kind of agent you would want to get a beer with after you finish closing on your home, which to me, is the ultimate compliment.
