Hi, I'm Alex! I'm a fourth generation Portland native and I love my city. If you're from Portland too, you understand why. If you're not, let's sit down over a cup of coffee and I'll tell you all about it! Having bought my own house in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland in 2012 and renovating much of it myself, I understand the complexity of home ownership. The process can be at once thrilling and emotional, but my job is to make it as painless as possible for you. Prior to real estate, I had a successful career as a retail buyer. The negotiation and evaluation skills I learned there come in handy on a daily basis with my clients. The way I see it, real estate is about relationships, not transactions. My focus is on you, my client, and providing you with the highest level of service possible that lasts long past closing. Know anyone that's considering buying or selling a home? I'd love to help!
Real estate has been a part of Alex’s life for over twenty years, since she helped her aunt host open houses as a middle schooler. She graduated magna cum laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising Management and Design. In her 20’s, she left her corporate job as a retail buyer managing big business to pursue starting a small wedding planning + event design company. To real estate, she brings a wealth of negotiation chops, business acumen and project management skills.
